The Peace of Mind Plan, our managed service plan, was envisioned in 2000 and implemented in 2001. At that time, Kustura Consulting was the first company in Jacksonville to provide a flat monthly fee managed IT service plan. We have reduced the cost of managed IT service to our customers by employing cutting-edge technologies in our operation. In 2005 we acquired and implemented a monitoring system which allows us to proactively address customers’ needs, minimize system down time, and better plan for future IT needs.
